These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of pubph, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. If you are using pubph on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.
Your continued use of pubph following any update or amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Access to and use of pubph is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
pubph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pubph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Any registration made by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria above is void. pubph will close any account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements and may forfeit any balance held in such an account in accordance with applicable law.
To access the full range of pubph services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active pubph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. pubph employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pubph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pubph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pubph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Know Your Customer (KYC): pubph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued gameplay. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accepted documents include Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and utility bills issued within the last three months.
All transactions on pubph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). pubph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pubph account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. pubph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3. Once KYC is complete, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. pubph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any deposit made must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pubph reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
pubph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
Bonus Abuse: pubph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit, and to suspend or close any account, where pubph reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
General Bonus Conditions:
All games available on pubph are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Random Number Generators: All non-live games on pubph use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability. pubph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG systems. All live dealer games are monitored for integrity.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure, pubph reserves the right to void any affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. pubph's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the original wager will be provided in the event of a malfunction.
Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. pubph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The pubph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pubph. You may not use any pubph trademark without prior written authorization.
pubph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using pubph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pubph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the pubph service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pubph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pubph platform or any of its services.
pubph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pubph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pubph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pubph is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pubph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude pubph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Termination by pubph: pubph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if pubph reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, pubph may forfeit any balance in your account.
Termination by Player: You may close your pubph account at any time by contacting the pubph support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeiture of bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the pubph platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the pubph service, you should first contact the pubph support team, who will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. pubph aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within five (5) business days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the pubph support team, you may escalate your complaint to pubph's compliance department by sending a written description of your complaint to the contact email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms & Conditions.
pubph's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account matters shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error. In the event of a manifest error, pubph reserves the right to void any affected transaction and restore the account to its correct state.
pubph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
For material changes to these Terms & Conditions, pubph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of pubph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using pubph and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the pubph platform.
